Yosef is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and debt transactions. He has represented debt funds and institutional investors across a range of complex deals. As a partner at GS2Law, he advises clients on real estate, corporate, and financing matters throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Yosef practiced at two of South Florida’s leading law firms.

Robert is an attorney with decades of experience in cross-border litigation, commercial disputes, and complex financing. He leverages his legal and strategic expertise to guide bridge lending and non-performing loan acquisitions. As the founding partner of GS2Law, he advises clients across finance, media, and international transactions.
