As a partner at GS2Law, he advises clients on real estate, corporate, and financing matters throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Yosef practiced at two of South Florida’s leading law firms.

He leverages his legal and strategic expertise to guide bridge lending and non-performing loan acquisitions. As the founding partner of GS2Law, he advises clients across finance, media, and international transactions.

Yoni has overseen more than $350 million in real estate transactions, bringing deep expertise in underwriting and acquisitions. He previously led underwriting at Vaster, a South Florida lender backed by Fortune International Group and Related, and worked on the finance team at BLDG Management, a multi-billion-dollar New York real estate firm.

Daniel began his career at a leading CMBS special servicer overseeing more than $90 billion in commercial loan portfolios. Building on that experience, he later co-founded a private lending firm, where he manages commercial real estate loans across Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia.
